Rich calendar of events in Italy and around the world and prestigious collaborations for the presentation of the Film / Documentary dedicated to the famous Villa of Lainate, between history and art. 

An important and prestigious calendar, full of events, is the one that awaits, in the next few months, the Docu-Film VILLA VISCONTI BORROMEO LITTA, four centuries of history, a journey through time between art and water games, directed by Francesco Vitali and written with the collaboration of Claudia Botta.

  
THE APPOINTMENTS

First appointment for February 20th in Washington, at the Italian Embassy in the USA, where the screening will be accompanied by a concert of music used in the documentary film. POSTICIPATED 14 MAY March 14th will be the turn of Milan, with a preview at the Anteo-Palazzo del Cinema, a screening that will anticipate the presentation of the Docu-Film at the September Movie Week.Free admission subject to availability. On April 16th in St. Petersburg, screening in the prestigious Hermitage Museum | General Staff Palace May 4th will be the turn of Bologna, which will see the screening of the Docu-Film at the International Museum and Music Library.For reservations: http://www.museibologna.it/musica/eventi/51899/id/97499 

There will be two appointments at Villa Litta instead: two thematic evenings that will give a focus on two topics within the film.
On April 9th, the first thematic evening dedicated to music, the dominant theme that accompanies the film's scenes. Extracts from the film will be accompanied by live music.
The second thematic evening, May 9th, will be dedicated to the theme of historic gardens and garden design, where extracts from the film will alternate interviews with experts.

The important work has obtained the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and the contribution of the Municipality of Milan, Department of Culture, boasting among the major collaborations of the curator Sergej Androsov for the Hermitage, Valérie Carpentier curator of the Louvre Museum, Deda Cristina Colonna, Andrea Di Lorenzo curator of the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan, Alison Luchs curator of the National Gallery Of Art Washington, Antonio Mazzotta University of Milan, Alessandro Morandotti University of Turin, Giorgio Picozzi from Villa Litta di Vedano al Lambro and Cristina Targa for the International Museum and Library of Music in Bologna.
