HOW TO BOOK
BOOKING ON LINE (click HERE to access the online ticket office)
To book online, use the Midaticket platform and follow these steps:
Select the day and time of your visit;
Make the payment with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards;
After purchasing, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and a ticket with a barcode;
Print out the ticket and present it at the entrance for barcode reading; alternatively, show the ticket directly from your smartphone/tablet;
Present yourself at the barcode reading points 10 minutes before the time of your visit.

Pay by bank transfer and bring a copy of the transfer with you on the day of the visit. No other method of payment is accepted;

MASK
Remember to wear a mask, covering your nose, mouth and chin throughout your stay in the facility, both in closed and open spaces.
ENTRY TIMETABLE
Respect the time of entry, following the indications on the ticket; it is important to arrive on time and in any case no more than 10 minutes before the time of booking.
DISTANCE
Keep a minimum safe distance of at least 1 metre from other people. Avoid crowds.
HAND HYGIENE
Wash your hands often with soap and water or with the disinfectant gels available along the tour.
N.B. For access to the museum areas the presentation of appropriate documentation (e.g. Green Pass) will be required from 12 years of age.
